ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL
Having the necessary documents will make the Administration process more smoother for all. Please read carefully what documents you will need for the administration process.
All necessary documents MUST be provided to the administration control for you to start the rally.
Please make sure you have a copy ( preferably in color ) with you of the following documents in a folder:
- Personal photo
- ID Card or Passport
- Drivers License
- Auto-Moto-Quad License
- If the vehicle in not yours: Declaration – authorization from the owner of the vehicle that he gives you the vehicle to drive / ride it
- Green Card
- Payment Proof
- License and starting permission for FIM Europe Open Calendar race with EMN 34/355 or personal Insurance for motorcycle races events with repatriation
- Administration control form completed
- 200€ deposit payment for GPS Trackers. (100€ is the cost of the tracking, and 100€ is the returnable guarrantee of the tracker devices)
HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY
You can issue one event FIM License. Ιt is for free if you have National License and you need also Starting Permission from your National Federation.
The riders MUST have their own health insurance for race accidents & repatriation insurance.
STARTING PERMISSION
You can participate with your National License with a Starting Permission Letter from your Federation to info@greecerally.gr and / or amotoe@amotoe.gr for NMN: 36/423
If there is no National License or Starting Permission you can have a personal insurance for motorsports with repatriation policy from your insurance company.
Registrations for the event will open on Saturday 20st September at 11:00am
