Entry fees refundable 50% until 1st of April (only for medical reasons)
Entry fees refundable 30% until 1st of June (only for medical reasons)
Entry fees are NO refundable after 1st of June
        Canceled entries can be transfered as payment in advance for next year, by paying only the administrative cost

RALLY CHALLENGE ENTRY COSTS for CARS / SSV / UTV

ENTRY COSTS INCLUDES
   1.   All paper work regarding the race and all administrative expense
   2.   Numbering for competitors vehicles
   3.   Road Book for the race
   4.   Road Βook for Service
   5.   Racing costs which include timing etc.
   6.   Medical support for the race and bivouac
   7.   Recovery for the bikes (NOT to SSV's - UTV's) - Transport to main asfalt road
   8.   Free Internet at hotel area
   9.   Access to Bivouac & facilities
 10.   Liability insurance for the race / 3rd party insurance

NOT INCLUDED
   1.   Accommodation / Camping costs for riders & Team members
   2.   Breakfast / Meals / Dinners
   3.   Fuel costs and technical assistance from the race organizers
   4.   Special recovery out of the track / route where would be need machinery or special opperation, or in case of lost or next days recovery
   5.   Competitors Personal Insurance / Cost of new License / Repatriation Insurance
   6.   Aiges Melathron facilities
   7.   Navigation (On line Tracking) System for monitoring competitors (100€ paid directly to MyTrack tracking Systems)
   8.   Guarantee for the tracking system (100€ refundable in the end of the race)
   9.   Greek license issue costs for those who have not national license from their country
 10.   Repatriation insurance
